Tuition and Refund Policies

AMDA TUITION POLICY

Tuition is due the 1ST class day of every month for your daughter/son.  A secure locked mailbox is located outside the office door for you to leave your payment in.  Please write your child’s name, class day and time, amount enclosed and request for receipt if needed on the outside of the envelope.  Please also notate child’s name next to the memo on your check so it is easier for the office to match the child with the parent if there are different last names.

Cash-please leave in a sealed envelope in locked mailbox outside office door.

REFUND POLICIES
If a dancer choses to not continue their classes at any point during the dance year we ask that any back tuition be paid in full before leaving the studio.

If a dancer choses to not continue with their dance classes during the months of September until December full costume deposits made towards their recital costumes will be refunded.  Costume deposits can not be refunded after December as this is when Recital planning begins and costume orders are placed.  If a costume is ordered it can not be canceled or sent back.  The balance owed for the costumes ordered will also be due.
